This recipe for banana, peanut butter and choc chunk frozen yogurt is much healthier than ice cream and can be made in a Blendtec quickly and easily!
You will need:
2 bananas, chopped and frozen
1 tub of greek yogurt
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 packet of chocolate cookie chunks
Method:
Place the yogurt, banana and peanut butter in your blendtec and blend on the smoothie setting for one minute. Transfer mixture into a freezable container and mix the chocolate cookie chunks in it. Sprinkle the remaining chunks on the top and freeze for 2 hours.
Enjoy the frozen yogurt!
